An Alternative Method for the Scientific Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligent Life: “The Local SETI”, is a paper written by Astrophysicist Massimo Teodorani, Ph.D., that analyzes the intrinsic limitations of the SETI program, reviews all that has been possible to know about the Luminous Anomalous Phenomena starting with the great natural laboratory at Hessdalen, Norway, and poses the questions about the possibility of ET intelligent activity and how to detect it, provided there is one.
