The prestigious Spanish Ufologist Vicente-Juan Ballester Olmos, a UAPSG member, recently sent us very valuable information about an update of his Project FOTOCAT.This update is related with the essay “State-of-the-Art in UFO Disclosure Worldwide”, which contains a historical compilation of the process of disclosure of official UFO files all around the World.
Ballester Olmos also sent the work of Physicist Miguel Guasp entitled “Infrared Photographs of Alleged UFOs”
