In the last part of the decade of 1980s, Martin Cannon –we don’t know exactly if this is his real name or a pseudonym– wrote a brilliant and very revealing paper entitled "The Controllers".
It makes reference to a whole series of mind control experiences done under different projects developed by intelligence agencies.
Even if his viewpoints were not enough to explain the whole issue of "abductions by extraterrestrials", they certainly provide an extremely valuable information no one would like to ignore.
