THE SECRET MEETING ON UAP ON JANUARY 12 AT THE CAPITOL PASSED WITHOUT PAIN OR GLORY

The SECRET session (not confidential, it should be clarified just in case) held in one of the 4 compartments that the Capitol building in Washington D.C. has for these purposes has passed without pain or glory on January 12, 2024.

Those who expected sensational revelations, and confirmation of the fantastic statements of the informant David Grusch, present at said session, were - as they put it - "frustrated."

Because an important authority participated in it: the Inspector General for the Intelligence community, THOMAS MONHEIM, and then, the issue was prosecuted within the limits corresponding to National Security and State Secret.

Thus, the legislators learned of some aspects that they were unaware of, but they were not satisfied.

CBS NEWS reported that “Several lawmakers emerging from the session said they were frustrated by the lack of new information about Grusch's allegations.

Representative Raja Krishnamoorthi, a Democrat from Illinois, told reporters: “Mr. Grush has made allegations that we are still trying to determine are true and we haven't gotten the answers we need,” adding: “Everyone is wondering about the substance of those complaints. And until we really look at them specifically, and try to get answers to them, those allegations will just sit there,” “And that's what we need to dig into. And unfortunately, I just wasted time there because there was no way to figure out if those were true."

Others had a more positive tone. Rep. Robert Garcia, the subcommittee's top Democrat, said he “would have liked to receive a lot more information,” but added “it's reasonable to say that all of us who were in the room probably received new information.”

Democrat Jared Moskowitz of Florida said the meeting was “the first real instructive that we've now made, I would say, progress on some of the statements that Mr. Grusch made.”

If you read these comments carefully, you will notice that they mostly follow a Democratic party line, with some Republican exceptions. And you will wonder why

We denounced it last December 15 on this UAPSG-GEFAI website: The UAPD bill (Disclosure of everything concerning UAP). And there he reported that a couple of Senators, the Democratic Majority Leader of the Senate, Jack Schumer, along with Republican Senator Mike Rounds, have drafted a bill, which seems to be dictated by David Grusch.

It incorporates all the ideas that the informant expressed about reverse engineering, non-human intelligence, unknown technology.

This only reveals - very unfortunately - the ignorance of these legislators on the UAP issue, on the demands of the scientific method, and on the fact that a law cannot be based on unproven assumptions, especially when they are fantastic. And very specifically, when they do not have any scientific support.

This bill has so far been blocked because -- simply -- the minimum common sense indicates so.

That blockade has been the action of Representatives Mike Turner (R-Ohio) who is the Chairman of the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence of the House of Representatives and Mike Rogers (R-Alabama) Chairman of the Armed Services Committee of the House of Representatives. House of Representatives, who have had the support of Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Kentucky) and the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Mike Johnson (R-Louisiana).

What is happening now is unusual and ridiculous. There are those who want to make this bill a motive or reason to decide the vote in the next national elections. Among them, Grusch himself has expressed it!

From which it follows that the latest use of the UAP theme is its party politicization!

But this is not entirely new in American history. A man named Gabriel Green started the "Los Angeles Interplanetary Study Groups" in 1956. Later, in 1959, he created the organization called , for Amalgamated Flying Saucers of America, and "at a call from the extraterrestrials" Gabriel Green responded affirmatively, becoming the first presidential candidate in the world to campaign on a platform of disclosure of UFOs, in 1960!!
