EXOPLANETS

For the first time astronomers were able to obtain photographs of planets belonging to other star systems.

There are 3 huge gaseous bodies around the star HR8799 at 128 light years of distance from our Earth, and another near the star Formalhaut, at 25 light years of distance.

The news was published on the November issue of the “Science” magazine.
