Just for a real glitch I was unable to find the reply that the Spanish engineer in telecommunications Manuel Borraz Aymerich sent me on time (August 27) with his answers to the questions posed by our Survey.
It is fair and just to give him the opportunity to participate also in the Survey and therefore, he will be the number 22 of the respondents.
We will publish his answers, we will include his ideas in our Summary and in our final Evaluation.
Borraz was a frequent writer for the prestigious “Cuadernos de Ufología”, and is author of two monographies.
