On October 18, 2010, in YouTube, our UAPSG member Milton Hourcade, started a new experience and a series of presentations under the title “Unusual Aerial Phenomena: Speaking Clearly”.What could be seen now is just a sample of what would be probably a total of 12 or 15 presentations that will appear periodically in YouTube.
There are a lot of things to be said and showed, all with the purpose to illustrate and educate the public.
