Last December 9, there was an explosion of collective paranoia when citizens and press agencies captured pictures and videos of a mysterious spiral of light over Norway. Specifically the observations were done in the Province of Finnmark.Explanation: the Red Army have been testing during months intercontinental ballistic missiles launched from submarines, in the White Sea. It is the R-30 Bulava and many of them have failed. On December 9 there was another test exactly at the time the people saw the mysterious spiral of light in the sky. Once again the missile failed.This was confirmed by the Russian Defense. See:
