UAPSG Member Carlos Alberto Iurchuk (from La Plata, Argentina) is one of the civilians called to be part of the Comité de Estudio de Fenómenos Aéreos Anómalos (CEFAA) --Study Committee on Anomalous Aerial Phenomena-- of the Argentinian Air Force.Carlos says he feels honored, happy and taking his position with great responsibility because he has been designated to deal with the private organizations related to the subject.
