I have seen the news that the ANITA radio telescope
These neutrinos would be emerging from the depths of Antarctica.
This would be routine, neutrinos interact very little with matter and cleanly traverse our planet.
The core is that ultra high energy neutrinos are absorbed by our planet.
Thus, the neutrinos supposedly detected emerging from the Antarctic soil would not come from Space.
